Maurizio Merli (8 February 1940 – 10 March 1989) was an Italian film actor and a star of poliziottesco genre.
After the big commercial success of Violent Rome (1975) his career was launched and appeared in 11 more crime movies such as The Tough Ones (1976), Violent Naples (1976), A special Cop in Action (1976), The Cynic, the Rat and the Fist (1977), Fearless (1978).
